The salon offers cuts and styles for women, men and children, including bang trims, beard trims, shampoo and blowdries, conditioning treatments and formal styling. Color work covers single foils, partial highlights, root smudges, double process color, foil highlights in one to three colors, corrective color, and several balayage options with or without toner, shadow roots, babylights, foliage or lowlights. Perms and spiral perms are offered with a haircut included. Eyebrow, lip and chin waxing are also available.

Bridal and formal work is a specialty. Options include bridal and trial upstyles, enchanted evening upstyles, half-up styles and formal curls for long hair without pins. Bridal parties are booked with the bride charged for all services performed on the entire party, and an 18% gratuity is added to bridal party bookings. Gratuities are included in all salon bridal packages.

Booking is by phone at 215-538-9338, and bookings over $100 are held with a credit card taken at the time of booking. Clients should call at least 48 hours before the appointment start time to reschedule or cancel. A missed or late-cancelled appointment is charged one half of the total booked services, and that charge is non-refundable. Clients are offered coffee, tea or hot chocolate during their visit.

Gift certificates from $25 to $200 can be bought online or at the salon. The salon also runs a referral program that gives a $10 gift certificate to a current client for each new client referred who has not visited before. The salon says it accepts hair donations for Locks for Love, asking for at least 10 inches of hair, and that it cuts five to 25 long ponytails a month for the program. It also says it sponsors and holds charity events for local and surrounding communities.

The salon says its stylists are highly trained and that they listen to what each client wants. It describes its goal as giving clients the best hair services possible.
