Bookings are made online through the salon's GlossGenius page, and payments are accepted. The salon is open Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 2 PM and Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Clients who want to talk through options can book a 30-minute consultation for $25, and that fee is taken off the total when the completed service is paid for on the same day.

Color work runs from simple gloss and gray-root coverage to balayage, full and partial highlights, and lightening for new clients. A corrective color service is offered for non-professional color, regrowth of three inches or more, or uneven results. Extensions are planned after a consultation, with installation priced per row once the hair has been purchased, and removal and adjustment visits are also available.

The portfolio shows wedding and event hair, with credits to photographers, makeup artists and venues. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom figure, and gift card sales are final.
