Services cover box braids and two strand twists, knotless box braids, micro braids, stitch and freestyle braids, cornrows, passion twists, braided ponytails, and a full range of loc work. Loc comb outs include detangling, hydration with MiracleEssentials products, a steam treatment and a light trim, and are charged at an hourly rate with the final price based on length, density and time. Instant locs are done in one session using human hair, with no starter phase, and loc extensions use human hair matched to the client's natural color.

Virtual consultations last 15 minutes and cover introductions, a hair review, questions and scheduling. In-person consultations last 45 minutes, include a wash and blow out, and review hair and scalp health, scalp concerns, and suggested treatments and products.

Booking notes: clients should book the correct service before the visit and message first if unsure or booking last minute. Guests are not allowed during appointments, and all requested forms should be completed when booking. Locs should be washed before arriving, and locs not retwisted in over a year need detangling. Hours vary by day: Sunday runs midday to 5 PM, Tuesday is closed, and most other days run into the evening, closing at 7 PM.
