The studio's stated values are expertise and precision, client-centered care, and trust and transparency. Treatment plans are built to aim for effective results and long-term skin health. Facials are recommended monthly for maintenance, following the 28-day skin cell cycle, and the plan can change that schedule.

New clients fill out a consultation form that is emailed to them once they have booked. Guests who cannot come in can book a 30-minute video consultation by videoconference for $50. The New Client Consultation starts with a skin analysis and a talk about the guest's skin goals, after which a facial is tailored to those goals. The core menu is the Custom Facial in a 60-minute or 75-minute version. The 60-minute version covers a thorough cleanse, enzyme-based exfoliation, extractions, either facial massage or cryotherapy, and a closing mask. The 75-minute version adds two modalities chosen from LED therapy, dermaplaning, a peel with no downtime, or oxygen infusion. Chemical peels, microneedling, the Hydro Glow Facial, an Acne Facial, a Teen Facial and a Back Facial are also available, along with a Body Peel for the body.

Three memberships are available, each with a 3-month commitment: the Signature Facial Membership, the Deluxe Facial Membership and the Waxing Membership. Members receive 10% off skincare products, and members-only services require the matching membership before booking. Memberships cannot be shared and can be cancelled at any time after the minimum term.

Cancellations and rescheduling must be done through the website at least 24 hours ahead. Changes made within 24 hours forfeit the non-refundable deposit, and a 10-minute grace period applies to late arrival. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, remove jewelry (a tray is available in the studio), avoid prolonged sun and exfoliating products for about five days, and avoid waxing or shaving facial hair for 72 hours before an appointment. Chemical peel clients are asked to keep a simple routine and avoid exfoliants and acids for a week beforehand.
