The business describes its philosophy as holistic, linking plant-based ingredients with skin and wellness. It says its botanical ingredients come from organic farms around the world and that its botanical formulas are biodegradable, sustainable and gentle for sensitive skin. Facials use natural and organic products from BOTNIA, Odacite and URB Apothecary, and the Blissoma line is said to be formulated for sensitive skin.

Sugaring here follows the original hand-application method. The paste is made from lemon, sugar and water, warmed to room temperature, and applied by an esthetician with a gloved hand. It is pulled in the direction of hair growth and wiped away with a warm towel. Because the paste grips hair rather than healthy skin cells, it can be reapplied to the same area. The business calls its sugaring gentle and eco-conscious, says it creates less waste than waxing, and describes the paste as hypoallergenic. Clients need at least two weeks of growth after shaving and are advised to return every three to six weeks.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute back facial to 90-minute custom treatments. The Signature Apothecary Facial is a 60-minute treatment using BOTNIA powders, concentrates and elixirs. Clear and Calm is a 70-minute facial aimed at clogged pores and inflammation, using LED, oxygen and high frequency, and the business says it is best suited to people experiencing acne. The Luxury Treatment begins with a skin analysis and builds a custom plan from two or three modalities. Some services are not recommended for everyone: the Rejuvenating Peel is not suggested as a first appointment or for sensitive skin, visible peeling is expected, and sun should be avoided afterward. Lift and Sculpt and the Gua Sha and Thai Herbal Poultice are not recommended for moderate to severe acne.
