Knotless braids come in four sizes. Large knotless braids are $55 and take about 4 hours. Medium knotless braids are $75 and take about 5 hours, smedium are $85 and small are $100, each taking about 6.5 hours for the two larger sizes. Medium, smedium and small knotless braids are currently on sale. Feed-in braids are $10 per feed-in and take about 4 hours. Locs include shoulder-length butterfly locs at $70 (about 5.5 hours) and soft locs at $85 (about 5 hours). Passion twists are $70 and take about 6 hours. Quick weaves are $55 and take about 2 hours. Wig installs include a closure install at $65 (about 1.5 hours) and a frontal install at $75 (about 1.75 hours, on sale). Appointments are booked for the listed durations and styles are not rushed. Miracle works with all wig types, including synthetic, human hair, T-part and frontals, and works with all hair types.

Hair does not need to be detangled or blown out before an appointment. The address is sent 48 hours ahead, and extra guests are not allowed during appointments. Miracle can help plan a look for clients who have one in mind but aren't sure how to achieve it.

Payment can be made in cash or online, and online payment requires a 50% deposit. Appointments more than 15 minutes late carry a $15 late fee, and appointments more than 30 minutes late are cancelled unless stated otherwise. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. No-call no-show appointments cannot be rebooked. No appointments are taken from Friday night to Saturday night. Hours are Sunday to Thursday 8am to 7pm and Friday 7am to 5pm, with Saturday closed.

Loyalty cards give 25% off on the third visit and half off on the fifth visit. A refer-a-friend discount gives 20% off any hairstyle when the referred friend mentions the referral. New clients, loyal clients on their third appointment and clients on their birthday can pick a discount from a raffle bin. A featured style goes on sale each month, announced on all platforms.
