Hair color is the center of the studio. New clients booking any color service first book a color consultation, a one-on-one visit to check hair health and color history before the first appointment. The consultation fee of $25 is applied to the color service total. Color options include root and gray coverage with customized permanent color, all-over color changes, demi-permanent gloss for current clients, and foil highlights paired with gloss. Extensions and color services both require a consultation before booking.

For existing clients, the Signature Collection offers a set of refresh appointments that add brightness in different amounts, from a natural refresh of a few brighter pieces to an overall blonding service. The Signature Experience is the full appointment for new clients, combining several dimensional techniques in one visit. Haircuts range from a dry precision cut and a quick bang trim to a curly cut, a standard cut and a longer or thicker-hair cut.

Makeup work includes long-wear event makeup and one-on-one lessons tailored to each person's features, style and skill level. The studio also offers special occasion updos and half-up styling for weddings, proms and photo shoots, and the Brazilian Blowout for a temporary frizz-smoothing result. The studio says it has been recognized in the OneShot Hair Awards, including a top 50 placement for editorial makeup in 2022, top 50 placements in editorial and special effects makeup in 2023, and five nominations as noted in a July 2025 post.

Booking terms are set out on the studio's policies. A credit card is required to hold an appointment. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service total.

Appointments are personalized, unrushed and planned with intention. Color formulas and haircuts are tailored to each client, with product recommendations and a plan for keeping hair healthy between visits.
