Extensions are matte, mink-style lashes, customized in length, thickness and curl. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash in black or dark brown. Hybrid sets use a small hand-made fan of three to four extensions per natural lash for natural-looking volume. Volume fans several extensions onto each lash for a fuller line, and Volume Plus is fuller and darker still. Mega Volume fans usually hold eight to twenty extensions per natural lash. Wispy styling mixes short and long extensions in Classic, Hybrid and Volume versions, and Anime and Fairy styles are also offered. New-client prices run from $99 for Classic to $189 for Mega Volume, and returning clients pay $79 to $169 for the same styles. Returning pricing stays valid for one year from the last visit.
Each natural lash is isolated during application so it can grow and shed on its own cycle. Extensions usually last about three to six weeks, depending on aftercare and growth. The business recommends a refill every two to three weeks and a fresh set after two refills. Refills are maintenance rather than a replacement for a full set, and they require at least 40 percent of existing lashes to be present. Refills are priced from $30 for one week to $60 for four weeks, with additional charges for some styles. Removal of extensions applied by the business is free with a new set appointment. Foreign fills, for lashes done elsewhere, are a fixed price from $60 for Classic to $110 for Mega Volume and also need at least 40 percent of lashes present.
Beyond extensions, the business offers bottom lash sets and refills in Natural, Volume and Anime styles, suited to events and lasting about a week. Lash lifts curl and lift natural lashes without glue and last several weeks, depending on growth cycles. Lash tinting uses a semi-permanent dye to darken lashes, and brow tint is available on its own. Waxing covers eyebrows, upper lip and chin, and brow wax is used to tame unruly hairs and define shape; body waxing is not offered. Lash removal uses a special remover and takes about 10 to 20 minutes.
Online booking requires a $20 deposit, which is forfeited for changes within 24 hours of the appointment. A $30 fee applies to cancellations, reschedules or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice, though a first-time last-minute cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances is waived. Clients are asked not to arrive in mascara or with lash glue, and a $10 fee applies if removal is needed. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and appointments may be shortened. Payment is accepted by cash, Venmo and Zelle; cards carry a $2 fee, and card transactions over $150 carry a 3 percent fee. The business says a 15 to 20 percent gratuity is generally common for professional services. A loyalty program gives $10 off every 10 visits, a referral program gives both parties a coupon, and clients with more than 15 visits can register a birthday for a discount coupon.
