Each location has its own phone line. Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana and Corona are open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Claremont keeps the same Sunday hours and closes at 6:30 pm Monday through Saturday. Threading is offered across the Rancho Cucamonga (Alta Loma), Fontana, Corona and Claremont area.

The menu is organized around threading, with a long list of single-area and full-face options, from lip and brow work to full face with or without the neck. Waxing covers the face, underarms, bikini, Brazilian and most areas of the body, and full body waxing is available at the Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana and Corona locations only. Facials, henna tattoos and lash services round out the menu. The salon says its threading and waxing specialists have more than 15 years of experience between them, and that it hires threading artists with at least five years in the field.

The salon describes itself as the highest rated threading salon on Yelp. Full body waxing needs a 100% deposit to book, and that deposit is not refunded if the client does not show up. Online booking is available at the Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana locations. A loyalty stamp card gives a free eyebrow threading visit after nine visits when the card is presented at the appointment. An extra dollar applies to credit and debit card payments.
