Full sets come in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume, Full Set L CURL and Wet Full Set styles. Fills for classic, hybrid and volume sets, and L Curl fills, are typically due 2 to 3 weeks after a set, depending on how the lashes are cared for. Wet fills and lash removal are also offered.

New clients are encouraged to book an in-person consultation first. During the consultation a light amount of lashes is applied to each eye to check for allergies, and clients wait 24 to 48 hours after it before booking a full set. Visits are unhurried. Clients should plan to lie down for 3 to 4 hours, arrive with a clean face free of eyeliner, makeup, creams, serums, oils and sunscreen, leave contact lenses out, skip caffeine beforehand and silence their phones.

Minx does not fill lash work done by other lash artists. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit applied to the service total, plus a credit card on file. Changes need at least 48 hours notice, and a reminder is sent 48 hours ahead. Online bookings are approved by the team before they are confirmed. The studio is open by appointment Saturday through Thursday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and closed Fridays.

The business says its lash results are customized to each client's desired style, and it does not rush appointments.
