The menu covers facials, dermaplaning and corrective skin care, waxing, and lash lifting. Facials run from a 30-minute express option to a 60-minute tailored facial, and include a prenatal facial suitable for breastfeeding clients, a teen facial for clients 14 and older, an ultrasonic facial, and a dermaplaning-based option that adds a double cleanse, enzyme treatment, extractions if needed, a Hydrojelly mask and massage. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, and bikini and Brazilian areas. The keratin lash lift includes a conditioning treatment and is offered as an alternative to lash extensions that requires no ongoing maintenance, according to the business.
Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Bookings are made online through Vagaro, where consultation and consent forms are also completed before a first appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling requires at least 24 hours notice to avoid a fee, and a late-cancellation or no-show fee applies if a client is not checked in within 10 minutes of the appointment time. Clients under 18 need a parent present to sign a waiver for their first service, and Brazilian and bikini waxes are not available to anyone under 18.
