Mint Beauty was founded in 2013 and started as a salon. Its online retail store later opened as an extension of the salon, so the two sides of the business share a name and a range of professional brands.

The store is open for orders around the clock, while customer care is handled Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern. Clients can register on the site to receive specials and notice of new products.
