Services are booked by appointment and grouped by how far along a set is: fill-ins for maintaining an existing set, full sets for a fresh application, and cluster lashes as a shorter option.

Fill-ins are timed from the date of the initial set. A 1 Week Quick Fix can only be booked within the first 7 days, a 2 Week Fill-In within the first 14 days, and a 3 Week Fill-In within 21 days. Bookings that fall between day 15 and day 21 are moved to a 3 Week Fill-In. From day 21 on, the visit is treated as a full set. The studio sets a minimum amount of existing extensions that must remain for each fill-in length: roughly 40 to 50 percent for a 2 Week Fill-In and 30 to 40 percent for a 3 Week Fill-In. Anything less is charged as a full set.

Full sets come in Hybrid, Volume, Wispy Light Volume and Wet Set styles, each taking about two hours. The Tuesday deal pairs any full set with free bottom lashes and runs about two and a half hours. Bottom lashes and lash removal cannot be added on the day of the appointment, so they need to be arranged in advance.

The studio also teaches. A private three-hour training session is offered for beginners and for lash artists who want to build on their skills. It covers lash fundamentals, isolation, placement, styling, and tips for keeping results lasting longer. The session is priced at $450.

Appointments are structured around the health of an existing set, with fill-in timing and retention thresholds set out clearly so clients know which visit they are booking.
