Lash extension work is grouped into hybrid, volume and mega volume options, with fills and full sets priced separately. Fills take 60 to 70 minutes and full sets about two hours. A foreign fill is offered for lashes that were applied by another lash tech. Eyelash cleaning is done before lash services and takes 10 minutes, and lash extension removal is also available. Brow services include tinting with clean-up and brow lamination combined with tint, and Korean lash lifts take about 10 minutes. Teeth whitening is also offered, and Package 1 pairs a full set of lashes with whitening for $250, a saving of $60.
Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable, and a 100% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and cannot be refunded. Existing package credits are applied automatically at checkout. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval is needed before the appointment.
The studio also offers lash artist training. Classic Lash Training is a beginner course in one-to-one lash extension application that includes a certificate, priced at $675 over 480 minutes. Classic Intro to Volume Training is for lash artists and covers light volume fans and classic technique, at $875 over 480 minutes. Volume and Mega Volume Training is offered for $750.
