Lash sets come in three styles: 2D Classic, Hybrid and Volume. Full sets and fills take about an hour, and a mini fill on an existing set takes 45 minutes.
Fills must be booked within 21 days of the last appointment, and mini fills within 7 days. New lash sets require a $25 deposit, sent by Apple Pay or Zelle within 30 minutes of booking; otherwise the appointment is cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable. A squeeze-in booking adds a $30 fee to the total.
Lash lifts and lash removal are also offered, with removal taking about half an hour.
Gift certificates are sold for a 2D Classic set, a Hybrid set, a Volume set, and a combined lash set and brow lamination package. Each is priced at a set amount and carries a credit value; for example, a 2D Classic gift certificate is sold at $100 with a $110 credit.
Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara and lash glue residue. Extra guests are not permitted unless necessary, and exceptions can be requested by message beforehand. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, after which the appointment is cancelled automatically. Clients who miss an appointment without notice lose the ability to book future appointments, so cancellations should be communicated as soon as they are known.
