Visits take place in a private, quiet studio. New permanent makeup clients need a consultation first, and a deposit may be requested for new clients and for longer services such as full lash sets and permanent makeup. Payment is due at the time of service, and insurance is not billed.

Brow work includes microblading, ombré shading and 3D brow artistry, alongside nano semi-permanent makeup. Lip blush and eyeliner tattoos are offered in either permanent or semi-permanent versions. Lash services run from classic, hybrid and volume extensions to lash lifts, perms and tints on natural lashes, and the studio also offers body and facial waxing.

Several policies are worth knowing before booking. Services are not refundable once they have started. Cosmetic tattoo work done by another artist needs photo review or a consultation first. Lash extensions must be removed before a lash lift, perm, tint or permanent eyeliner, and at least two days ahead for eyeliner or lash enhancement.
