Lash extensions are the core of the service menu. Mink lash extensions are offered alongside refills at two to three weeks and a one-week refill option. A lash lift with tint is also available for clients who want a different look. Brow services include standard shaping and laminated brows, and a house call service is offered for clients who would rather not travel.

Beyond appointments, the business sells supplies for lash artists, including adhesives, tweezers, lash trays, cleansers, brushes, a lash fan, a removable mannequin head and a lash growth serum. It also sells two e-books for lash artists covering technique, retention, pricing and long-term income.

The studio runs lash classes for people starting a lash business and offers mentorship calls and training by phone. Policies are set out clearly. Class deposits and course payments are non-refundable, and deposits can be moved with at least 10 days' notice by email. Arriving 15 minutes late carries a $10 late fee, and arriving 15 minutes or more late cancels the appointment with the full service charged.
