The business has grown partly through acquisitions and partnerships. It acquired Paintbox in 2022, which has a New York City studio, formed a joint venture with Sugarcoat, an Atlanta nail salon, in 2023, and in 2025 converted an existing Dallas nail salon in the Lakewood neighborhood into a MiniLuxe studio with a local partner. It also offers partnership and acquisition options to independent nail salon owners and franchise opportunities to operators who want to open studios. According to its partnership page, it is a public company.

Booking is done through the MiniLuxe app. Groups of four or more are asked to submit a group booking form, and a credit card is needed to hold the booking; requests are not guaranteed until confirmed. Group cancellations need at least 7 days' notice, with shorter notice charged half of the scheduled services and anything under 72 hours charged in full. For other appointments, cancellations made less than 4 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged the full missed service. Food and drink, including alcohol, are not allowed during visits, and dip powder or acrylic must be removed before arriving. Pets are not allowed inside studios under local board of health rules, though service animals are welcome. Clients are asked to set phones to silent and avoid calls in the studio. Gratuity is preferred by card or Venmo, with 25% suggested.

The company hosts private and corporate events for groups at its studios, including mani-pedi parties, and can also bring services to a client's location. Event requests need at least two weeks' notice. Its products are made in the USA and are described as cruelty free, and MiniLuxe Pure Polish, press-on nails and hand and body products are sold online, with Pure Polish also sold in studios.
