A visit usually starts with a short intake form that new patients can complete online before arriving. The phone is answered by a live person, and same-day appointments are available for emergencies and urgent skin concerns. Hours run Monday through Thursday from 8am to 7pm, Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 8am to 12pm, with early morning, early evening and Saturday slots. Medical care includes treatment for painful or itchy rashes such as shingles, skin cancer screening with total-body skin examinations, screening for transplant patients, and Mohs surgery for skin cancer. Botox is priced at $15 per unit, with fixed prices of $325 for glabella and crow's feet areas, $450 to $475 for forehead and frown, and $600 for frown and crow's feet. Treatments typically use 20 to 40 units, and the final cost is given after an in-person assessment. A follow-up about one week later checks results. Laser hair removal has been offered since 1999 on two lasers, the GentleYag for dark and black skin and the GentleLase for light skin, and electrolysis is available for hair lasers cannot treat, such as gray, white or light hair.
