Patients can reach their physician directly by phone or text at any hour, and same-day appointments are offered. Patient advocacy staff help with records, test results, next steps, and requesting notes from outside offices. The practice uses Epic EMR and MyChart to pull together health history from several systems.

Blood draws are done on site in a private clinical room rather than a shared waiting area, and can be timed around the patient's day. Samples go to Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp for processing, and results are added to the chart and viewable in MyChart. Specialist appointments can be scheduled by staff on the patient's behalf, and the physicians hold hospital admission privileges at Aventura, Hollywood, and Fort Lauderdale facilities.

Aesthetic treatments are available without a membership, and concierge members receive 20% off all services.
