Arriving on time matters, since a client who is 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Certain services require a non-refundable $30 deposit to hold the appointment, and full payment is due right after the service. Accepted payments are cash, Zelle, Cash App, or card, depending on availability. Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and no-shows or late cancellations may cost the deposit or a cancellation fee. Additional guests are not allowed unless approved in advance, and children must stay calm and seated; the salon may decline a service if a child cannot sit still. Retouches carry a fee that depends on the style and how much adjustment is needed. Concerns about a hair service must be raised within 72 hours of the appointment, and refunds are not issued. The salon is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Tools, chairs, and stations are sanitized between each client, and clients are asked to report scalp sensitivity or allergies before the service begins.
