The spa is on the fifth floor of a building beside dryBar. Clients can text 414-526-1113 when they arrive, and first-time guests are asked to come 15 minutes early to complete intake forms. Metered street parking nearby is free on Sundays, and the Hop trolley stops a block away with free rides to appointments. The space has cream city brick, hardwood floors and exposed beams, with jazz playing in the treatment areas. Guests are offered fruit-infused water, and aromatherapy-scented hand towels and spa slippers at appointments. Treatment rooms are arranged for privacy, especially for intimate services. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and a full service charge applies to late cancellations and no-shows.

Laser hair removal is done with a GentleMax Pro Plus laser that uses two wavelengths. Sessions are usually spaced four to six weeks apart, and most clients need several. Small areas take minutes and larger ones under an hour. Dermaplaning uses sterile, single-use blades to remove dead skin cells and fine vellus hair, with an Express 30-minute and a Deluxe 60-minute version. Facials range from a marine-inspired relaxation treatment and a seaweed mask facial to a 90-minute anti-aging facial with LED light therapy, and microdermabrasion uses a diamond-tip instrument. Body treatments include a scrub, a seaweed wrap and a longer ritual with a massage. Intimate bleaching uses the Bryght system, and waxing covers the body and face.

The spa founded the Wellness Collective, an in-house group of independently owned, women-led small businesses. Facials and massages can be booked together, though massage therapists are independent contractors who use their own booking systems. The business also offers wedding day hair and makeup for bridal parties in Milwaukee, Lake Geneva and southeastern Wisconsin, along with special-occasion makeup.
