Color services include an all-over single-process color for gray coverage, darkening, refreshing faded shades or enhancing a natural tone, and a toner refresh for existing highlights or color. Root retouches address gray coverage but are not blonding services. Blonding options run from a mini refresh that brightens around the face and top of the hair to partial and full blonding, and most include a gloss, Olaplex, a root smudge, a blow dry and a style.

Extension services cover installation, removal and moving up existing extensions. A consultation is required before booking an install or a move-up. The extension consultation sets the method, length, volume and color placement, and covers upkeep and appointment frequency. Installation is scheduled separately once the plan is made.

Color and extension consultations are listed at no charge and take about 30 minutes. The color consultation looks at hair goals, current color, history, maintenance, lifestyle, pricing and the services needed.

The salon charges a 50% fee for no-shows and for cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of an appointment. Refunds are not offered, since time, products and experience can't be returned.
