Nail work covers classic and deluxe manicures and pedicures, gel and dip powder nails, acrylic and builder gel enhancements, and nail art and custom designs, where clients can bring reference photos. Paraffin wax dips and foot massages are also listed among the services. Gel manicures are described as lasting about two to three weeks and dip powder about three to four weeks, depending on lifestyle and nail condition. Tools are sterilized after every client, hospital-grade disinfectants are used, and pedicures use disposable liners and single-use buffers. Children aged 8 to 14 can book a Color Refresh, a light buff and shape with polish.

Online bookings include a 20 percent gratuity applied automatically, which can be adjusted or removed during the visit. The salon says all of the gratuity goes to the assigned nail artist and that it covers the credit card fees on tips. Most appointments are booked in advance, so walk-ins are accepted but limited. Cancellations or changes within 12 hours, and no-shows, are charged the full cost of the scheduled treatments. Chipping or lifting reported within 7 days is fixed free of charge. Clients may bring their own polish, but the salon cannot guarantee the same durability as its in-house products.

Children aged 8 to 16 need written parental or guardian consent, and a parent or guardian must accompany children aged 12 or under. Children under 8 cannot receive treatments, and gel and extension services are not offered to anyone under 12. Pets are not permitted except certified service animals. Clients with disabilities or medical conditions are asked to contact the salon in advance.

The Wynnewood Village location in Dallas hosts events ranging from small group bookings to multi-day exclusive hire, launch parties and corporate events, and it serves complimentary mixed drinks to clients in the salon. Free parking is available at the shopping center. Payment there is accepted by cash, debit card or credit card, but not American Express. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase, are non-transferable and non-refundable, and Milano eGift Cards can be sent instantly online. A rewards program lets members earn points on services and redeem them for perks, and a mobile app allows booking.
