Beyond the salon chair, the studio carries its own wig units and hair bundles. The Luxe wig units have bleached knots, an adjustable elastic band and comb, a pre-plucked hairline, HD lace and a glueless construction, and are listed at $580.00 at the Ko price and $790.00 at the summer price. The Luxe bundles collection includes closures, several named bundle lines, and natural wavy clip-ons and I-tips. Units can be made from a client's own hair at the stylist's discretion, and not all hair is accepted.

The studio sells the Shalo Luxury Hair Care line, including edge control, thermal mist, dry holding spray, a high gloss mist, Blu Freeze gel and Sleek Silk. The FAQ describes its Indian hair as 100% natural human hair that has never been chemically processed, with cuticles aligned in one direction, and the studio says it lasts 3 years or more with proper maintenance. Accepted payments are credit or debit card, PayPal, Zelle and cash.
