The owners say their goal is to make every visit close to perfect. The salon describes its aim as offering the best services and products available in the Perry Hall area. Visitors are welcome to stop in for a glass of wine.

Wedding parties of four or more receive complimentary coffee and pastries, and bridal clients may receive a complimentary mimosa while getting a manicure. Off-site wedding packages need a non-refundable 50% deposit to hold the date, with the balance due one week before the day of services.

Hair extensions are a specialty. The salon applies Cinderella Hair Extensions and I-Hair I-Tip extensions, and offers a complimentary extension consultation with its extension specialist. Other services include Keratherapy Brazilian Blowout and keratin treatments, lash lifts, mini facials, airbrush tanning, gel and poly gel nails, and Japanese Head Spa. Payment is accepted by cash, check, Venmo and PayPal, tips cannot be added on credit cards, and cancellations need 24 hours notice.

The owners aim to make each visit close to perfect, with a focus on service and on the products used.
