The studio aims to create hair that feels like the client. Clients can book a free consultation of about 25 minutes to talk through hair history, goals and a plan. The consultation is optional for most services and required before a vivid service, where final pricing and appointment time are set during that conversation. Color services include a shampoo, a conditioning treatment and a maintenance trim, and highlight and blonding services include toner and a maintenance trim. For a color or bleach appointment, clients should avoid root spray or touch-up products for 36 hours beforehand, and skip shampooing for 36 hours if getting bleach.

Vivid clients should wait at least 72 hours before the first wash, then use cool water and a sulfate-free, color-safe shampoo. Color clients should wait 48 hours after an appointment before washing. Starting prices depend on hair length, how thick the hair is, previous treatments, and the shade it begins from. The final total is agreed before any work starts.
