The salon says it works with eco-friendly, sustainable and holistic practices. It aims for targeted results and outcomes that go beyond what clients expect, and wants every guest to feel heard, understood and valued. New guests go through an intake process that the salon describes as simple.

Visits are booked for Wednesday from 2pm to 6pm and Thursday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm. Free street parking is available on Jennings St in front of the salon and beside the building. Clients who refer a friend, and the friend, each get 10% off their next service, and leaving a Google review earns 10% off the next visit.

The salon also runs a training path for its team. Green stylists take a three-month apprenticeship, paid hourly, with weekly classes and assisting days. Established and growing stylists get structured growth plans, pay that is the greater of hourly or commission, sick leave, paid time off, maternity leave, 401(k) matching and quarterly advanced education.
