Facials are not run from a fixed script. Each step is tailored to the client's skin needs. The three facial levels are the Mini, which covers double cleansing, exfoliation under steam, extractions where needed, high-frequency if suitable, and a massage with masque; the Basic / Acne Facial; and the Premium, which extends treatment to the neck, decolletage, and hands and arms and adds microdermabrasion or a chemical peel, an eye treatment, and a finishing masque. A separate Back Facial addresses acne or pigmentation on the back.

Beyond facials, the menu includes The Perfect Derma Peel and BioRePeel, Rejuvapen NXT microneedling, which the studio also describes as collagen induction therapy, and ThermoClear for unwanted facial hair, skin tags, sun spots and similar concerns. Body microdermabrasion is priced by the number of areas. Lash and brow tinting, brow lamination and facial waxing are also offered. The studio works with local massage, dermatology, lash extension, injectables and laser, and microblading providers.

New clients may be asked to pay a 50% deposit when booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 50% of the treatment. Gift cards start at $25.

Each facial is built step by step around the client's skin needs rather than a standardized protocol.
