The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Wednesday from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Friday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and is closed Mondays and Saturdays.

Clients arrive with clean lashes and no makeup, and avoid mascara and strip lashes for at least two days beforehand. During service, clients should keep their eyes open no wider than the appointment allows, avoid wearing contacts, and use the restroom before arriving. Clients may bring a blanket and headphones. Children under 10 are not permitted, and anyone feeling unwell is asked to contact the salon to reschedule.

Payment is accepted in cash and Zelle, and other methods carry a $5 fee. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice. There is a 15-minute grace period, and a late fee of $15 or more applies after 10 minutes. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a same-day reschedule. No-shows must pay the full service before rebooking, and no refunds are offered. Fill-ins need at least 40 to 50 percent of extensions remaining, and fill-ins booked more than 21 days after the last appointment are treated as full sets.
