Every new patient starts with a complimentary consultation, in person or virtual, and each patient has a consultation with a medical or aesthetic provider before treatment begins. No treatment is pushed during that visit, and a clear plan is outlined before anything starts. Staff include licensed professionals, among them a medical doctor and nurse practitioners, and Dr. Lori Martin, MD serves as Medical Director and Consultant.

Services fall into several groups: injectables, meaning neurotoxin and dermal fillers, including a PRP and PRF filler made from the client's own platelets; skin treatments such as facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, fractional laser and plasma lift tightening; brow and lash work; semi-permanent makeup like microblading and lip blushing; and body procedures including sclerotherapy for spider veins and intimate bleaching. Recovery time depends on the treatment. Facials, dermaplaning and the Clear + Brilliant laser involve minimal recovery, whereas the Level II VI peel may bring three to seven days of skin peeling.

Medical weight loss is offered through the XMD Wellness platform, with compounded and branded GLP-1 options. Patients must be at least 18, insurance is not accepted, and HSA, FSA and major credit cards are. Eligibility is determined by clinical evaluation, availability of semaglutide plans varies by state, and the platform states that compounded GLP-1 medications are not FDA-approved.

The VIP Aesthetic Membership is $157 per month with a one-time $20 enrollment fee. It includes one Deluxe Facial with dermaplaning or one microneedling session with HA or vitamin C each month, plus 10% off select services and retail products. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment, and no-shows, are charged $50 and forfeit deposits, and the business states a strict no-refund policy on amounts paid for services.
