After an inquiry, availability is confirmed and a contract is sent to hold the date. The pre-wedding trial, which is included in each package, is suggested about two months out. Trials run up to three hours at the studio, a private space with one appointment at a time, and champagne or coffee is offered. Up to two friends or family members may join the bride. Trials are for the bride and mother or mothers; bridesmaids do not have trials. VIP trials are booked on the same day as the bridal trial.

Services can be booked together or on their own. Stylists can cover bridal parties of any size, and airbrush foundation is available for the whole party. Custom lash application is shaped to each eye. Stylists travel to the bride's getting-ready location on the wedding day. Brides may choose their lead artists, while supporting stylists are assigned by availability and location. Each artist sent to a wedding performs at least four services. Clients only need to bring a lip product for touch-ups.

Each pack has eight pieces in different clip sizes and is said to last 100+ wears with proper care. Clip-in extensions are offered. Listed prices are $200 for 18-inch 120g, $220 for 20-inch 150g and $240 for 22-inch 180g, with custom extensions starting at $300. Purchases come with a garment bag, hanger, satin travel pouch and care instructions. Custom extensions can be ordered for any bridal party member before the wedding, and color matching is done in person at the studio or virtually.

The final balance is due the week of the wedding and is invoiced once, payable by bank transfer, credit card, cash or check. Stylists do not collect payments from bridesmaids. Gratuity is not included in base pricing, and tips are optional and can be given in cash on the wedding day. The business states it is fully insured and licensed, and a certificate of insurance can be sent to a venue within the year of the wedding.
