Color is the largest part of the menu. It ranges from an extra color bowl, color removal and toner refreshes for maintenance between lightening services, to root retouches that the business recommends every four to six weeks. Other options include all over color, a retouch with gloss on the outgrowth, mini face framing, partial and traditional highlights, partial balayage and full balayage, which starts at $285 and includes a shadow root, toner, wash and blowdry. Double process color is a pre-lightening service followed by all over color. Fashion color is priced by the hour, as is color correction for major fixes such as a box dye transformation. Color correction clients complete a form before the appointment, and a color removing service is recommended beforehand.

Haircuts cover girls' cuts for ages 12 and under, men's cuts, women's cuts and a luxe haircut with a pin-curl or roller blowout. Styling includes wash and blowdry, a faux blowout pin-curl set, wash and curls, and updos, which are priced individually. Makeup is offered as eyes-only makeup or full face makeup, and full face makeup can include strip lashes, which clients can add or bring themselves. Treatments include a keratin serum add-on, PH balancing and PH bond balancing treatments, and a keratin smoothing treatment that starts at $250 and varies by hair density and length. Extensions offered include wefts, k-tips and tape-ins, with a separate extension consultation for $20 and a variably priced consultation for more complex plans. A test strand consultation is also available, with pricing that varies.

Booking requires a $25 non-refundable deposit for all color services, which is discounted when paid on the appointment day. An invoice for the deposit is sent when booking, and the appointment is cancelled if the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of that invoice request. Late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period, and appointments are cancelled after 15 minutes. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise a $10 fee applies. Deposits are not refunded on cancellation.
