Microblading is done by hand with a handheld pen that deposits pigment through a fine grouping of needles, using sterile packaged blades rather than a machine. It is usually booked as two sessions: a first visit of 2 to 3 hours and a touch-up of 1 to 2 hours about 6 to 9 weeks later. Touch-ups should not be done before 6 weeks, since healing has to finish first. Healing takes about 4 weeks, with the color lightening over roughly 30 days as it settles. According to the studio, microblading typically lasts 6 to 18 months depending on skin type, and touch-ups can be booked every 6 to 18 months to maintain the brows. A topical numbing product is applied beforehand. Clients are asked to avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, caffeine and blood thinners for 24 hours before, and to avoid Botox and tanning for 4 weeks before. A patch test a few days ahead is recommended for clients with sensitive skin or known sensitivities to certain metals or hair dyes. The studio advises that some medical conditions, medications and recent treatments can rule microblading out, and that clients with serious medical conditions should check with their doctor first.

Beyond microblading, the brow menu includes ombre and powder brows, micropowder combo brows, brow shaping and styling, brow tinting, hybrid tint and styling, brow lamination, brow Botox, brow rehab and the MB Signature Brow Sculpt. Brow lamination is recommended every 6 to 8 weeks and is not recommended for clients with sparse brow hairs. Lash extensions are made from synthetic cashmere mink lashes, and every lash appointment begins with a complimentary consultation. Lash enhancement, also called invisible eyeliner, places an ultra-thin black line along the upper lash line. Lip blush is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo for lip color. Facials are offered at what the studio calls an open-concept facial bar, and waxing includes gloves for every service, no double dipping, hospital-grade disinfectant and fresh medical paper for each client.

All services require a nonrefundable deposit. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 72 hours' notice; otherwise the deposit is forfeited and a new one is needed to rebook. The studio reserves the right to decline a service. Prices are not listed on the site and are shown through a link on the services page. The studio also offers training: an in-person two-day Microblading Mastery intensive at the Tenafly salon, which leads to microblading certification, and an online self-paced Microblading Mastery Program.
