Beyond hair, the salon offers manicures, pedicures and nail art, lash lifts, lash tints and several lash extension sets, along with threading for the face and brows. Permanent makeup covers lips and brows, with touch-up sessions. Brow services can pair waxing or threading with tint, lamination, or both. Full glam makeup is offered for occasions such as weddings, celebrations and red carpet events.

Facials include four named signature options and specialty back and butt facials. Each facial begins with a personalized skin assessment and gentle products. The pedicure chairs are shiatsu massage chairs. The salon describes its aim as an elevated experience for every client.

Deposits are non-refundable and range from $25 or more for hair, nail, lash, threading and brow services, to $50 or more for glam and facials, and $75 or more for permanent makeup, depending on the service cost. Appointments must be booked and paid for 48 hours ahead or they are cancelled automatically, and same-day bookings need the deposit paid right after the confirmation text. A no-show is charged the full service price to the card on file if staff are not notified. Late, early and squeeze-in requests carry fees, and wigs or extensions for prep or color should be dropped off three to five days before the appointment.

The salon also rents stations and suites to stylists, including styling stations and manicure and pedicure stations. Products are available for purchase online through its Fresha listing.

Facials start with a personalized skin assessment and gentle products, and the salon's policies are set out clearly ahead of booking.
