Blonde work is the core of the business. Services include lived-in, bright, and dimensional blonde, along with blonde correction for banding, brassiness, spots, box dye over highlights, and harsh grow-out lines. Between lightening appointments, toner and gloss refreshes keep lightened hair looking current, and these are usually suggested about every six to eight weeks.

Hand-tied weft extensions are sewn by hand onto a beaded row, without glue, tape, or heat. Move-ups, usually booked every six to eight weeks, reset the beads and reinstall the same wefts. A modern cut shaped around texture and daily styling is part of every extension install, and blonde and extensions can be planned and done together in one chair. Men's hair systems are also available.

Every new color or extension client starts with a consultation, and pricing is set after that conversation based on starting point, goal, and, for extensions, hair amount and number of rows. Extension installs and longer color appointments may require a deposit. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee or forfeit the deposit, and hair ordered for an extension install is matched to the client and may not be returnable.

Placement comes first in blonde work, with lifting done in stages when needed and tone kept clean against Arizona sun and hard water. Extension color is matched to the natural dimension of each client's hair rather than one flat shade, and another extension method is recommended when it would serve the hair better.
