The salon's work centers on lived-in blondes, dimensional color and extensions. Blonding is offered at several levels, from a smaller foil-focused refresh up to major blonde changes, first-time blonding and color correction. Color services cover single tones, glossing, base refreshes, rich brunettes and grey blending, which softens regrowth rather than covering it.
New guests can book a consultation appointment if they are unsure what they need. The service is then shaped after a review of the guest's intake form. Extension work begins with a required consultation that sets the hair amount, color match and upkeep plan, and the installs use K-tip or weft methods blended into natural hair. Hair for extensions is not included in the install price.
Clients who come in regularly can join one of four membership tiers, which include monthly blowouts, scalp-massage washes, styling, premium products and priority booking. Higher tiers add a complimentary gloss or a discount on color.
Maddie aims for each appointment to feel relaxing and attentive, and believes clients should leave feeling confident and like themselves.
