The salon's stated goal is for every client to feel comfortable and cared for. Haircuts are offered for children under 10, teens aged 11 to 18 and adults, and kids and teens can book color services by phone only. The spa space, called The Parlor, is at the back of the salon.

Curly-haired clients have a few options. The Deva Cut is designed for curly hair, and the Rezo Cut is designed to enhance and define natural curls. Rezo Lites is listed as a separate color and light service, and neither Rezo Lites option includes a Rezo Cut. Rezo services ask that hair arrive clean, conditioned, detangled, dry and free of product, with no leave-ins, gels or oils, and no buns, ponytails or braids.

Brow and lash services include brow and lash color, brow waxing and lash color, along with two by-request treatments. The Lash Lift is a semi-permanent keratin treatment that lasts 8 to 12 weeks, and Brow Lamination includes shaping and lasts 6 to 8 weeks. Both are booked by emailing the salon to check availability, and lashes or brows must stay dry for 72 hours afterward.

Facials include the Advanced Sculpting, Clarifying Deep Cleansing, Post-Summer Reset and Custom Signature options, with products the salon says it trusts for healthy skin. The LED and infrared session is 30 minutes and is described by the salon as covering acne-causing bacteria, collagen and fine lines, blood flow and joint pain.
