Founded in 2022 by Sarah, the salon is a full-service space with extensions at its center. It aims for an upscale visit that still feels relaxed and comfortable.

Extensions are installed with K-Tip, I-Tip, sew-in weft, tape and Microlink methods. The salon says its commitment to quality means extensions are meant to blend with a client's natural hair, and it states that it sources high-grade hair and products exclusively.

Consultations can be booked through the website. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without a penalty. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are subject to a fee, and appointments more than 30 minutes late must be rescheduled. Deposits are nonrefundable and the salon has a no-children policy. Color or extension adjustments can be made within 7 days, but the salon does not offer refunds of any kind. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

For aftercare, the salon recommends using a detangling brush regularly and not brushing extensions when wet, applying argan oil from the midshaft to the ends twice daily, braiding extensions or securing them with a silk or velvet scrunchie before bed, and using a heat protectant before heat styling.
