Color ranges from express grey blending, which softens grey but does not give full coverage, to single process color, full color and lowlights. Highlights include face-frame foils along the hairline and partial or full highlights and balayage, with toner available as an extra step. Color correction addresses previous dye jobs, sun or chlorine exposure, unwanted tones, and blending from roots to ends, and it is priced after a consultation.

Booking requires a valid credit card. The card is charged only for a no-show, a cancellation, or a change made with less than 24 hours' notice, at 50% of the booked services. Arriving more than 10 minutes late forfeits the appointment and is treated as a no-show. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing fee, and hair extension sales are final once purchased.
