Options run from a toner or gloss refresh and root retouches without bleach, through allover color and mini or partial custom color, to bleach retouches and full custom color. Full custom color is planned for each client, since the starting level, hair density and end goal all affect the visit. It includes a toner, a K18 treatment and a finishing style.

Cuts include a women's haircut, a longer one-hour haircut, bang trims and the Rezo Cut, a technique for curly and textured hair developed by Nubia Su that adds volume, defines the curl pattern and shapes the layers. A haircut can be added to a color appointment. Blow dry packages of four, twelve or twenty-four blow outs are offered, and iron styling with a curling or flat iron can be added to any cut or style.

New clients can book a free 15-minute color consultation for a first visit or a major color change, a free 15-minute haircut consultation to talk through expectations and the result they want, or a free 30-minute extension consultation to plan a custom look. An online consultation form can be completed before the first appointment.
