Stylists build the cut or color around that client's style, personality and needs rather than offering one standard result. Premium shampoo and conditioner with a head massage are included in every service, and the salon's products and services are chosen with the long-term condition of the hair in mind. The salon says it uses gentle, nourishing and natural ingredients.

Services are grouped into haircuts, styling, color and highlights, treatments and perms, and wigs and styling. Color prices are set after a consultation and can change if lowlights are added. Bang and neck trims are complimentary. Wedding packages start at $1,600, with pricing that depends on location and party size; they require a 50% deposit, and the deposit is refundable only if the booking is cancelled at least one month before the date.

The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10am to 6pm, and Friday and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. It is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients are asked to cancel 24 to 72 hours ahead. Fees apply to late cancellations: $75 for chemical services within 48 hours, $100 for keratin within 72 hours, and $40 for haircuts within 24 hours.
