Booking is by appointment only, Monday through Saturday. First-time clients need an in-person consultation before booking, and a consultation is also required before starter locs, instant locs, loc extensions, and loc reattachments. A 30-minute consultation costs $25 and checks hair health, density, thickness, and length so the starter method can be matched to the hair.

Starter options include comb coils, which the salon describes as locking hair faster than other starter methods, and two-strand twists. Both are not recommended for straight hair and may not suit silky or fine textures. Partings can be brick, triangle, diamond, or rounded. Instant locs are priced by loc size, and half shaved head versions are offered. The half shaved head price applies when about half the hair is shaved or faded at the back and sides, while 75 percent or more shaved is charged at the full head price.

Existing locs can be kept up with retwisting, interlocking, styling, and curls set on flexi or perm rods. The salon's loc detox treatment combines baking soda, apple cider vinegar, lemon, and essential oils, and is intended for mature locs. Styling options include coiled rolls, twisted ropes, upswept looks, knotted loc bobs, bantu knot sets, loc petal designs, and braided loc styles. Crochet maintenance is used to repair locs that are damaged or coming undone, and to secure loose strands. Loc extensions are made from human or synthetic hair and are permanently attached using a crochet needle.

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service. Deposits for cancellations within 24 hours are kept but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
