The office occupies Suites 1820 and 1822 in the Loop, a few steps from the Washington/Wabash CTA station.

The practice names compassionate care, integrity and excellence as its core values and says it aims for open, honest communication so patients understand their oral health and take part in decisions about it. Care is described as personalized and supported by current technology: intra-oral cameras show teeth and gums on a screen during visits, digital scanners replace traditional molds, and in-house 3D printing produces dental models, surgical guides and same-day restorations. Implant care covers single tooth replacement with a custom crown and All-on-4 implants supporting a full arch, with bone grafting offered when more jawbone is needed first. General dentistry includes cleanings with an assessment, oral cancer screening, periodontal therapy, mercury-free tooth-colored fillings, extractions with guidance on replacing the tooth, and custom-fitted partial and full dentures. Emergency care is available for problems such as toothaches and broken teeth, and the practice aims to offer same-day appointments when patients call.

Facial injectables include Botox, used to relax muscles that cause lines on the forehead, around the eyes and between the brows, with results that typically last three to four months and maintenance treatments available, and Juvederm, a filler used to soften deep folds with no recovery time according to the practice. Dermal rejuvenation injections are also offered for frown lines. Consultations for injectable treatments can be booked by phone.
