Chicago Medspa is a physician-supervised aesthetic, skin and wellness practice in suite 1220 at 30 North Michigan Avenue, in the Chicago Loop. The office is near Millennium Park and the Magnificent Mile, is reachable by several CTA stations, and has a Metra stop a short walk away. Garage parking is available nearby. Hours run Monday through Saturday, with evenings open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

About

The practice holds its aesthetic care to a medical standard rather than a spa standard, according to its own description, and identifies itself as physician-led. A board-certified Medical Director sets clinical protocols and reviews each client's medical history before any treatment. Every provider is licensed in Illinois. Injectables, PRP, body and wellness treatments, laser and light work, skin rejuvenation, microneedling and IV therapy are carried out by licensed medical providers under physician supervision. Licensed estheticians, working alongside the Medical Director, perform facial and skin treatments.

A visit begins with a complimentary consultation, held either at the Michigan Avenue office or virtually on Google Meet. Virtual consultations are discussion only, and an in-person exam may still be needed before treatment. The provider talks through skin, goals, current routine and relevant medical history, then gives the client a written plan covering treatments, timing and home care. Clients do not have to decide at that appointment. Clients are asked to bring a current list of medications and supplements and to complete intake forms through a secure link. A consultation and a treatment are booked as separate appointments.

Listed prices cover only the named service. Enhancements, extra areas and additional sessions are priced separately, and the provider confirms the proposed treatment and total before anything is done. Some services, including tox, lip flip, PRP hair restoration, under-eye PRP, RF microneedling, shockwave and the acne programs, have no published price and need an individual estimate. Payment plans are offered through Cherry, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility.

Concierge tox treatment can be given at a client's home or office in selected downtown, lakefront and west-side neighborhoods, at $22 per unit compared with $14 per unit in clinic. A $500 visit fee is charged once per location, and up to four confirmed guests can share one private location. Routine travel and parking within the service area are included in that fee. Individual requests need 48 hours' notice and group visits 72 hours, with a deposit of 50% of the confirmed total. Filler appointments take place in the clinic.

Skincare from SkinMedica is sold in clinic and can be picked up at the Loop practice or delivered. Pickup can be requested online without an appointment, and the team confirms stock before sending a secure payment link. Men's services cover face and skin care, laser hair removal, and consultations for hair and wellness.

Treatment planning starts with a one-on-one conversation about the client's goals, and the plan is built around those goals. Medical treatments such as laser, injectables, PRP and IV therapy begin with an examination by a licensed medical provider.

The clinic is a suite in a Loop office building, with a reception lounge.
