Booking follows a clear set of rules. Deposits are required to secure any appointment and are non-refundable. Bridal services are not reserved until the bride has completed a consultation and signed a contract. Parties and bridal engagements are recommended six months to a year ahead and no later than 90 days before the event, with remaining balances due one week before. Cancelling within 30 days incurs a fee of 30% of the remaining balance, and cancelling within 7 days requires the full balance. Major credit and debit cards are accepted, but checks and money orders are not. Booking a bridal party or event secures the full team unless a specific provider is reserved. Merchandise is a final sale, with store credit or exchange offered only for items that are unused, unworn and undamaged.
