Care is delivered by registered nurses and licensed Advanced Practice Estheticians. The clinic's medical director, Dr. Botox is usually scheduled every 3 to 4 months in visits of 30 to 60 minutes, and new patients have a 60 minute first visit. Fillers are usually done every 1 to 2 times a year in 60 to 90 minute visits, with a 90 minute first visit for new patients.
The laser menu includes Halo, BBL, Moxi and Nano laser treatments, laser peels, laser hair removal, laser scar revision, laser skin tightening and laser for acne. The skin care menu covers microneedling, SkinPen with PRP, chemical peels, HydraFacial, Dermablading, Lamprobe and a custom skin journey. Microneedling and chemical peels are prepaid and must be booked by phone. Chemical peels include the Metro Peel, the Retexturizing Peel and the Transformation Peel. The clinic lists treatment for acne, acne scarring, melasma, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, enlarged pores, double chin, thin lips, unwanted hair, wrinkles and telangiectasia.
