About

The practice describes itself as focused on regenerative, aesthetic and wellness services. It lists arthritis, fibromyalgia, migraines, sciatica, back pain and joint pain among the conditions it treats, and says it aims to help active adults and athletes stay active without relying on pain medication or surgery.

Physical medicine care combines chiropractic adjustments with trigger point therapy, physical therapy and spinal decompression. Spinal decompression is offered as a single session or in packages of 10 or 20, and is described as a gentle, non-invasive stretch of the spine using the ErgoFlex system. Other hands-on options include dry needling for myofascial pain, cupping, one-hour and 90-minute massage, and NormaTec compression boots or sleeves in 30-minute sessions. The Accelerated Joint Recovery Protocol is built for each patient from nearly a dozen treatment modalities, and a Knee Recovery Program is available to eligible patients. Enriched plasma (PRP) is made from a small blood sample spun in a centrifuge and injected into the affected area for sports injuries, arthritis, tendonitis, joint pain and ligament injuries. The practice also lists stem cell therapy and exosome treatment, peptides, and medical weight loss.

Wellness services include hormone therapy, which may use bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and begins with a consultation and blood tests, followed by a customized plan and ongoing monitoring with follow-up visits and lab work. I.V. therapy delivers vitamins, minerals and hydration directly into the bloodstream and is given in a medical setting under the supervision of the team led by Troy Barron; sessions take about 30 to 60 minutes with the client seated in a chair. Three blends are offered: The Hydration Boost (sterile saline with electrolytes), The Immune Support Drip (high-dose vitamin C, zinc and B-vitamins) and The Myers' Cocktail (B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, calcium and magnesium). The practice says it uses premium, medical-grade vitamins and minerals in these formulations. A comprehensive lab review and medical consultations, including an aesthetics consultation, are also available.

Cosmetic work starts with a one-on-one consultation to set goals, assess the skin and plan a customized course. Botox is listed for forehead lines, crow's feet and frown lines between the eyebrows, and Dysport for frown lines between the eyebrows, which the site says has a fast onset. Microneedling uses fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin surface, and is listed for fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, and skin tone and texture. The practice says its cosmetic philosophy is to enhance rather than change a patient's features, and that it uses FDA-approved products and modern equipment. Cosmetic treatments are performed under the medical supervision of Troy Barron.

New patients are welcome and can request an appointment online or by phone at (843) 696-9131. New patients are asked to bring current or previous medical records and a list of current medications. Online booking for chiropractic is limited to existing patients, so new chiropractic patients need to call, email or use the New Patient request form. The first chiropractic visit includes a history review, a physical exam and, when needed, imaging or lab tests. For massage therapy, appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, and missed appointments, are non-refundable.

The practice takes a non-surgical, multi-method approach to joint and back pain, with treatment plans personalized for each patient. Its cosmetic work is aimed at natural-looking results.
