Brow services cover several techniques. Hairstroke brows use machine-made strokes and are the lightest option. Combination brows add microshading between the strokes to blend with existing hair and deepen the color. Powder brows use microshading alone for a shadow-like finish. Nano brows place individual hair strokes with a single ultra-fine needle on a digital machine, and the studio describes this technique as the most advanced brow method available. Digital microblading is offered as its own service as well.
Beyond brows, the studio offers lip blush, a semi-permanent lip tint that can even out pigmentation and lighten dark lip borders, and lash enhancement, a tattoo along the upper lash line that darkens the gaps between lashes without eyeliner. The studio describes lash enhancement as painless with anesthetic. Scalp micropigmentation is a non-surgical, semi-permanent treatment for thinning at the temples, hairline or part line, and its pricing depends on the size of the area treated.
Before a brow appointment, clients are asked to send a photo of their brows without makeup so the artist can evaluate them. The first brow session takes about two to two and a half hours, and nano brow sessions take 90 minutes to two hours. Each brow session includes an aftercare kit and a touch-up within four to six weeks, with extra touch-ups at $50 during the first three months. Lip blush includes a touch-up at six to eight weeks.
Brow services require a $50 non-refundable deposit when booking, with the balance due at the appointment, and sales tax is added at the time of service. Payment plans are offered, and financing is available through Cherry, with some plans offering 0% APR subject to eligibility; Cherry applications need a state ID and a mobile phone number. Gift cards can be bought for lip blush and lash enhancement or for a set dollar amount. Refresh appointments are open only to clients who have already had a treatment with Autumn. Same-day consultations are available for microblading, and free consultations are offered for scalp micropigmentation.
Pigments are customized to each client's skin tone and hair color, and the studio keeps its weekly appointments limited.
