Care is offered in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

For a single specific complaint, such as a sore throat, a urinary tract infection or cold and flu symptoms, the Quick Visit is a shorter, focused option. Follow-up visits and ongoing monitoring keep the plan up to date. Booking through Klinefy lists a 15-minute Punctual Care Visit, a 30-minute Follow-up Visit, a 60-minute Integrative Consultation and a 60-minute in-person Aesthetic Consultation. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 5pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9am to 7pm, and Saturday 10am to 4pm, with Sunday closed.

The Health Optimization Membership is a three-month program. It includes one peptide of choice for weight, muscle or focus, 12 wellness injections, a monthly consult with body-composition analysis and a blood panel, plus 50% off supplements and hormone pellets at cost. Lab pricing for patients without insurance is shared during the consult, and when two or more treatments are needed, a combined plan is tailored and priced individually. Medical weight-loss medication is paid for separately, while the clinic charges for supervision, dose adjustment, side-effect management and monitoring. Payment plans are available through Cherry, a third-party financing company that is not part of MetaHealth.

The website offers a free two-minute, 16-question hormone phase quiz, based on the STRAW+10 and Menopause Rating Scale instruments, that estimates which hormone phase answers point to and how strong symptoms are. Care draws on three strands: functional medicine, orthomolecular medicine and conventional medicine. The approach starts with a patient's account of their history, followed by comprehensive testing.
